Programme Overview

The Chief Strategy Officer programme will equip senior executives with the theoretical and practical aspects of strategic leadership across multiple domains, redefine their strategy playbook by navigating through an increasingly complex business environment and position their business for transformational growth.

Eligibility: Minimum 10 years of work experience with 5 or more years of management experience.

The multimodular learning journey experience, including the executive reflection, allows you to learn and grow as an executive while enabling you to develop business strategies to improve your personal and organisational goals.

Throughout the learning journey of 9 to 10 months, the CSO programme will inform you through a mix of in-depth core modules (mandatory), and electives (2 out of 3 will have to be selected and a course can only begin with a minimum of 15 students), — providing you with solutions to business challenges your organisation confronts on a daily basis. The programme ends with a one-day graduation and networking event (optional).

  • After completing the core modules, you will select two online electives. During the elective period, you will dive deeper into how senior leaders can use their knowledge and skills in strategy formation and implementation to address the organisational challenges of tomorrow.

Throughout this programme, participants will complete a series of exercises as part of a CSO playbook. These exercises will prompt students to introspect on their role within a strategy domain and reimagine the application of strategic initiatives for their own organisation.
