Programme Overview

The Chief Strategy Officer programme will equip senior executives with the theoretical and practical aspects of strategic leadership across multiple domains, redefine their strategy playbook by navigating through an increasingly complex business environment and position their business for transformational growth.

Eligibility: Minimum 10 years of work experience with 5 or more years of management experience.

The Chief Strategy Officer programme is designed with the needs of busy executives in mind. You will learn through online and interactive sessions and guest lectures from global industry leaders. The flexible nature of the programme allows you to customise your learning journey for maximum career and business impact.



The self-paced modules provide the flexibility to accommodate learning around your busy work schedule. The programme can be completed in 9 months as your schedule and programme selections demand.


A community learning experience with a limited cohort size facilitates interactive discussions with peers, programme coaches, faculty, industry speakers, and career advisors — allowing you to implement programme learnings in real-world scenarios.



The multimodular learning journey experience, including the executive reflection, allows you to learn and grow as an executive while enabling you to develop business strategies to improve your personal and organisational goals.


Throughout the learning journey of 9 months, the CSO programme will inform you through a mix of in-depth core modules (mandatory), and electives (2 out of 3 will have to be selected and a course can only begin with a minimum of 15 students), — providing you with solutions to business challenges your organisation confronts on a daily basis. The programme ends with a one-day graduation and networking event (optional).

    Part 3: Global Leadership

  • After completing the core modules, you will select two online electives. During the elective period, you will dive deeper into how senior leaders can use their knowledge and skills in strategy formation and implementation to address the organisational challenges of tomorrow.

Engaging and Enriching Experience

Practitioner Stream

Participants will be invited to engage with executive-level practitioners, who will share their personal and professional stories as they journeyed to the top. Our speakers will provide you with various perspectives and insights, based on their own experiences, as to how they had navigated personal and business challenges.

Project Stream

The success coach will drive programme engagement and clarity for the participants throughout the programme, addressing participant questions or concerns for assignments during the core programme, and coaching participants to apply the ideas to their own experience.

Community Stream

A series of engagement sessions for participants to set them up for personal and professional success. Opportunities within the session to learn, interact and collaborate with programme peers from various industries and regions.

The CSO Playbook

Throughout this programme, participants will complete a series of exercises as part of a CSO playbook. These exercises will prompt students to introspect on their role within a strategy domain and reimagine the application of strategic initiatives for their own organisation. The CSO Playbook exercises are required as part of programme completion.
