Throughout the learning journey of 9 months, the CSO programme will inform you through a mix of in-depth core modules and electives — providing you with solutions to business challenges your organisation confronts on a daily basis. The core modules will focus on key areas such as Global Strategy, Executive Growth Strategies & Global Leadership. After completing the core modules, you will select two online electives. During the elective period, you will dive deeper into how senior leaders can use their knowledge and skills in strategy formation and implementation to address the organisational challenges of tomorrow.

Participants will be invited to attend a 1- Day Campus Immersion and Networking Event* (optional) at the end of the 9-month journey at NUS Business School. During this event, participants will have the opportunity to network with fellow global leaders and interact with programme faculty/directors.
