Corporate strategy is inextricably linked to organisational longevity and sustainability. Leaders must adeptly navigate the shifting dynamics of today's global business environment, playing a pivotal role in organisational evolution while thriving amid volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) conditions.
Strategic leadership emerges through the precise alignment of resources to achieve growth and organisational objectives. Modern executives must cultivate financial acumen for strategic decision-making while harnessing AI transformation opportunities to establish an enduring competitive advantage. Leaders must seamlessly integrate their multifaceted responsibilities to optimise organisational positioning within intensely competitive markets.
The Global Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) programme empowers senior executives with comprehensive theoretical and practical strategic leadership competencies across diverse domains, fundamentally redefining their strategic playbook to navigate complex business environments and catalyse transformational growth.
Professor Andrew Delios, NUS’ lead faculty for this programme is here to give you an exclusive walkthrough of your learning journey.
